Thanks my bru. The tyres actually weigh 601g so I doubt I'll get much lighter than that. With ESI grips I'll save about 300g but then my hands go all numb

Really don't know where to save weight

Fork

Crank

Pedals

Those might be the easiest, but pretty expensive to change.

Finally I can post here.

Bought the frame and most of the components a while ago at CWC on special. Had to add a couple of second hard parts to finish the build.

Specs:

Wheels: Stans ZTR Arch

Group set Shimano XT

Fork: Rockshox SID

Tyres: Specialized Fast Track

I havent been able to weigh it yet but estimate it around 10.5Kg. Its super responsive and climbs like a dream.

Thomson Masterpiece

Carbon cranks

RS SID

Lots of ways, but not worth it in my book... expensive couple grams to shed...

Ritchey Carbon Superlogic seatpost 170gms

American Classic Race wheels... but not sure of the weight of your ZTR's, but these are about 1350gms

ESI grips.. I love em... you have three sizes to choose from.. race (slimmest), chunky, very chunky!

Crank... XTR or carbon.. but expensive

SRAM 1X11 but very expensive

Concept Carbon handlebars at 155gms

XTR pedals

But all this stuff costs, your budget must decide
