However, I wonder if this is going to set a precedent for both taking car drivers to court, and also for other people who have been "attacked" by dogs not on leads. Walking on the beach can sure be fun with loads of dogs running around.

Break up slabs of Brooklax into bitesize chunks, and toss over the fence regularly. Then the little buggers won't be able to build up enough pressure to bark, and will also make such a mess they will be sold off to the local Chinese.

Not the dogs fault, solely the owner. Its how you look after an animal that makes the difference, dogs need attention and care.

In my town their is a culture of dogwalkers, mostly without leashes. I have had few close shaves followed by owners meeting my very dark temper. If their mutt causes me to fall I could end up with a bit of road rash, or a permanent disability, whilst the owner walks away without any issue. I would sue the nuts of a negligent owner, no problem

 

I have six dogs, five miniature pinchers and a german shepherd. They are controlled and on a leash at all times
