OOPS, my Bad, the AN 2 is single engine avgas and the AN24/26 is a twin engine turbine.

But I'll admit that you know more than I do! Flying is my dads passion where mine is cycling, but the affiliation is there.

My boet got his 'light sport' licence a while ago and took me out for an early morning flight in this 2 weeks ago ....

Now I know who to call next time he practices low fly bys past my front door, :-)

 

The blue and white one that lives at the same field nearly came short last week in the wind, really dont know how the pilot managed to save it but luckily he did.

That looks like either a Cesna 172 or a 184, tail dragger. Why for the love of all things holy, does it have a hooter?

I can't see the tail to confirm, but I would wage a lot of money on that being a C170 taildragger
