It's been a while, man.

I tend to drift a little bit from thehub every time theres no action in the International cycling section...(its what I live for)

apparently also takes 3 litres of water to make 1 litre of bottled water. I don't understand people who drink bottled water. Most places in SA the tap water is perfectly fine.
