What is that thing on the rocks?

 

It's whatever you want it to be :) , but it's supposed to be a dragonfly (a work of art?) made of metal. The base is hidden by the rocks on our side.

Thereafter you will need to merge or blend photo's. Photoshop CS6 would be a good tool to manually blend selected parts of the images to achieve a well balanced final product.

 

If you want to work on single images, then you can use the grad filter or adjustment brush tool in Lightroom to edit specific areas.

Great news, I found a plugin for layering/blending in Lightroom that works perfectly for what I need. So no need for Photoshop just yet!

 

This is a combination of 3 shots ...
