On tv They had a alarm clock that will send an SMS to every person in your contact list every 5 min if you dont shut the alarm in time. If I get a sms every five min. from a friend because he was to slow to get up!!.....

I thought it was an sms to a different random contact in your list every 5 minutes?

Sorry to hijack, but I think its semi-related (well sort off)

I can only train at night during the week from 8:15pm or there abouts.

Problem is, when Im done and showered, I'M AWAKE and cant sleep, only went to bed close to midnight! need to sleep more, but the little one wakes up at 5am.

Just would be so nice to get to bed early for a change. what to do??

Ride harder?

Have a bath rather than a shower (showers wake me up; baths get me sleepy  )

Seriously thinking about riding in the evening - if I could find a safe road :(

Mornings are currently uncomfortably cold.

Have to invest in some booties (toe-warmers not cutting it).

Any Hubbers got any novel ways of keeping their feet warm?

I put my feet in sandwich bags for the first time last week and it made a difference. They kept the wind off my toes.

Try plastic bags for your feet and duct tape your shoes vents closed :)

Yip, pair of socks, then sandwich bags, then another pair of socks, then shoes, then toe-warmers...

A bit woosie but at least I didn't lose feeling in three of my toes like last time :(
