Ditto... especially wanted to mention the one idiot's remark that in a 1st world country the event would be considered a terrorist act.

 

So by that logic, Boston Marathon, New York Marathon, Comrades, London Marathon, Berlin in-line Marathon, Tour de France etc ... are all actually terrorist acts.

some people are just utterly and completely pathetic and unfortunately most live in Jozi by the looks of that article and some of the responses. Cape Town is just as closed as Jozi (if not more so) for the argus, for much longer time-wise, and yet the residents get together and party with each other and encourage the cyclists. as to getting accross - the amazing thing is that when they DO get a chance to cross they b&m because they had to wait a minute or two, and don't appreciate the fact that at least they don't have to wait all day. selfish fat lazy fcknuts the lot of them.

 

the big prob thoug is that it's these same twats who get p'd off the rest of the year when cyclists ride in such a way as to block the traffic and cause aggravation so now these selfish fat lazy fcknuts feel that they are jhustified in their attitudes
