ok i go to westdene most days, during free time between varsity. always get helped even when im just browsing.

 

so here is an idea, those who have had their moan, do you feel better now?

fantastic, so take a mental note... don't go back.

took 10pages but by gum i think i found the simple algorithm to solve this.

That is not anyway for a business to resolve an issue ! I hope that will not be their attitude . An issue was raised and the proper way would be to address the issue and find out why the customer is unhappy . The fact that he may or may not be unreasonable got nothing to do with the issue at hand . I think you will find all this in Economics 101 .
