It'll look retarded if you turn it around.If you look carefully you can see the bottom of the stem follows a path around the headset. Im sure look will make a riser stem though.

If you look carefully you can see the bottom of the stem follows a path around the headset. I'm sure that is rubber boot or something to make it smoother and protect the frame when the bars swing around.
