Man, I have trouble holding onto one and she is small, how do you hold onto three of them!!!!! Obviously you have better brakes than i do, or you can run faster...

It can be tricky on the downhills, at Irene there are some narrow technical sections with rocky steps so there is no room for all three side by side, then you have two in front and one behind getting under your feet.

 

On the flats I just let them go, they listen to your footsteps and normally match your pace, sometimes if they see another dog ahead they will accelerate to catch up but it certainly is an adrenalin rush.

 

I can't wait for winter so we can start dry land sledding again, I hope to run the 2 girls from my pic above together, they work well together and are strong and fast.

being following this for a while now. it made me fall in love with dogs again! i used to have a female staffie which i gave it away bcos it didnt have time to take it for walks etc. i am thinking of getting 2 jack russell dogs for my boys next year. cant wait!

Driving with a bass lure stuck in my hand, so Fudge had to ride on the back of the bakkie. It was bad enough with a fish on the other hook, let alone a JR.
