When you say you have to replace it - why, does it break cleanly, bend or just deform?

Chain suck twice, I suppose my gears werent set correctly.

 

Fell and broke once

 

the last time, which was now, the thing just disintergrated on the lip which the der adjustment screw pushes against.

 

the problem i have with it is; why is it so expensive, i would buy 10 of them if they were cheap to keep as spares, you can fix it on the trail, so its not a problem.

 

but for something that is designed to break and they know this, why do they put a mark up on it, they shoudlnt be making a profit on something like this.

 

apparently they are out of stock, so it must be a common problem...

Okay.

You are right - your problem is spoiling what is otherwise a brilliant bike.

Hi all

 

Just had a call from Lionel at Omnico, he explained the situation to me and everything is sorted out.

 

there was an issue, which should have been sorted out by LBS, but wasnt.

 

Omnico will be replacing that parts for me.

 

I just want to say that the service i have just received, i amazing.
