I have no allegiance/connection with the person what so ever, otherwise I wouldn't have posted the topic in the first place, would I? (Helps to think before you write most of the time) I'm keeping the name solely to myself for the sake of the supplier, as it not his responsibility to test these frames, it's the manufacturers responsibility, as I said if I had the name of the factory or by whom the frame was made I would say, no problem, but as I said in the bit, I don't have any of that information

Well then tell us which factory (manufacturer) it came from, thats all we really need

Looks like one of these?

Exactly that, except I believe that particular guy is selling that frame as a 2nd hand and doesn't actually supply it

The CPA wouldn't agree.! The primary recourse is against the supplier then up to them to seek relief up the chain.....The only exemption is if its sold outside the normal scope of trade i.e. a Hubber selling a bike incidentally on this forum and outside the scope of his profession. Unfortunately the suppliers detail won't be made public because it is the only name you can put to the frame, it was by no means his fault nor can he be held responsible, if he gave me the details of where he got the frame from I would gladly share that but otherwise no details, sorry

FUD. Post it or this hole silly rant of yours becomes pointless.

I believe he has sold quite a few of them on the hub. He dissed me a while back when I said he was charging too much for what he was selling (much like Pornstar is doing with his no-name brand)

Hahaha what I say in my first post is really how it happened, I should really get my training partner a proHD camera because for some reason he is always behind me when I go down

I would be more worried if he was in front of you every time you went down.

Or maybe it is Summit Bikes in CPT?

Summit, are you the guilty one? Have you sold this man a bad frame that disintegrates when when crashed?

WTF.

29Boy, have you seen an F1 car after it's crashed? Its super strong when its on the track, but when you put it into a wall sideways at even 60kmh it also tends to look very second hand. Carbon is not made to withstand impacts.

If you're new to the sport, you should have had either an ally frame or training wheels :P , or good insurance to pay for what you break

Summit has a 2year warranty on the frames, so can't be... Big up to Dominic

Yip, WARRANTY.

Riding off a bridge isn't covered by warranty. It's like crashing your new Scirocco through a wall and then asking VW to give you a new one coz you can't drive

Your missing the point completely, this is not about pointing out bad suppliers because frankly there are none, Dominic from Summit Bikes, has no responsibility regarding this frame, I've said it before and I hope this will be the last, I'm not publishing the suppliers details, if you see that to be pointless then you're missing what it's about, it's solely to warn other consumer just to be weary regarding what they buy

No chop. You've missed the point completely. You've waisted everyone's time here by having your own little rant about how you ride like a dick and crash your brains out and brake your toys and then blame the person who makes the frame. Carbon is NOT supposed to be crashed. End of story. Get training wheels

If you feel so stronly about it, go tell Huis Genoot
