What I find upsetting is that if you do a Google Image search, which is the most comprehensive image search I know of, you find maybe 1 grainy picture of him actually riding his bike, and a few dozen black 'n white face close-ups. I know he cycled before the internet took off by many years, but apart from OUR memories of him and a few paragraphs in old Argus coffee table books, there is virtually nothing to validate his cycling carreer. That is why it is important for US to NEVER FORGET HIM OR HIS LEGACY.
