University is just there to separate the hard workers from the lazy folk.

I bought one of those about two months ago, loving it. Now to stash away some cash for a few more lenses :-)

Nice choice.

Apart from aesthetics, the Oscar must be one of the best home espresso machines. Will definitely be my choice as well.

These are the best 3 for home use.. in ascending order of price....

LaMazzocco GS3 - http://www.lamarzocco.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=80&Itemid=484&lang=en

Slayer 1 group - it is so new, their website does not even have pictures yet - but it looks pretty much like the multi group toys - http://www.slayerespresso.com/pictures/

Perhaps I should have said "best in the R10k range."

Altough those machines are awesome, there is no way I am paying $ 6000 + for a home machine. For that price you can buy a Nuova Simonelli Oscar and two proper mountain bikes.

Get a Sigma 18-200mm lens as a everyday lens.

The Canon 70-300mm is also a brilliant lens for the price.
