SamL1220 Posted September 3, 2013 Share Who here has bought from CRC? Just wondering +/- how long delivery usually takes? I know it obviously depends on customs etc. just looking for a ball park figure. Im chomping at the bit to get my new stuff!!! I'm sitting at four weeks and counting with standard delivery, you can be very lucky or very unlucky like myself with standard delivery although for £6.50 you can't fault it as that is cheaper than some local bike online shop couriers I have however heard of people ordering Monday and receiving Friday! I wish

I wish I usually work on 5-7 working days. That said... I avoid standard delivery like the plague. It takes too long and most of the time isn't trackable. Parcelforce is the best option. Cheaper than DHL on big orders. Might take a day or 3 longer, but also has lower clearing fees.

Blueant Posted September 3, 2013 Share Got my first ever cycling shoes: new Bontragers MTB for R700 after negotiations. Is that a good price? http://www.marsavius.net/shtuff/cycling/bontrager-race-mountain-bike-shoes.jpg Apparently this is old stock, but damn that price lets me have a pair without feeling guilty! I won a pair of those on Supercycling a couple of years ago, quite comfortable for trail riding but the sole is not stiff enough for XC.
