Leg breaker Posted June 21, 2012 Share Hi, i'm looking for a cycling coach. i ride road and track and some mountain biking. I live in the western cape, located in the Atlantic regions. i'm 17 and not really sure what i'm doing in regards to training, although i do train a lot around 2 hours a day, i am very committed!! Edit: all the coaches are around R750-1000pm for an interactive program, just make sure you have a heart rate monitor/power meter for the program to benefit you properly.
