Fastest on the Hub

Gotta admire the top riders.

While I am on the couch, they're doing their intervals.

While I am turning in bed at 5 AM, they are in the dark covering tarmac.

Ask Burry what it takes.

Or Rob Hunter.

I can't help it, some are just fast.

Don't you ever feel like you're going in circles?

By the by, got myself minimal/barfoot running slippers :)

you think Eldron was fast back then go ride with him now ! he did like top 3 at the SA duathlon champs recently . the man is on fire!

Oh yeah, he is quite quick at endurance stuff.

I was talking about sprinting though. I mean is that not a true measure of how fast a cyclist is? What was everyone else talking about?

GW on form would kick everyone's butts.

60km in 2h07 (26km/h ave speed) at ATKV Eiland, I wish I was fit for that race, coulda finished better than 6th.

But how's about fastest fall you have ever had? At Legend Gorge on the runway, I stood up to stay with the leader at about 55km/h and my chain came off... I think I stopped rolling bollemakiesie about 1km further

How do you break handlebars mid-ride - bunnyhopping over pavements?
