DubbelBuys Posted July 14, 2014 Share Very nice man! What is the clearance in the rear triangle like with the HD? On a side note... Don't you need a dropper for that beauty? I have a brand new KS Supernatural with remote (385mm x 125mm) for a very good price! Send me PM if you interested.
LazyTrailRider Posted July 14, 2014 Share What is the clearance in the rear triangle like with the HD? Should be fine. I'm going to plop a 2.35 HD into the rear of my OneTen tomorrow, judging from how much space is left with the 2.25 Ron, I don't think it will be a problem... Pipsqueak Posted July 15, 2014 Share I recently aquired a OneTwenty frame from a very kind hubber. Now the BIG issue is wheels. I have a set of Hope hubs (still laced to some Spank Spike race rims) I am considerinig to lace up to some 650B rims to ease the pain (in the wallet) of building some wheels. I am looking to build a strong wheelset. Personally I feel than more is better in the long run. My riding will vary, but will be mostly trails & a couple of jumps thrown in (NOT DJ) & whenever I get the chance I will take it out for some AM fun! That lead me to look at Spank Subrosa rims, but no stock of those lovely rims. Anyone have some good regarding an interim wheelset or should I wait & build the Subrosa? Thanx JYou could get a set of Novatec Flowtrails and then flip them when you get the fancier wheels built. I've had them on a 120 for a year now. Snapped a spoke on Karkloof rocks, but the wheel didn't much go out of true. So far so good.
LazyTrailRider Posted July 15, 2014 Share Tyres wrong way round? Yep, I wouldn't want a Rock Razor on the front, it was never designed to be there and so its straight line braking performance is not what one would call "confidence inspiring"... Three60, I would think seriously about swopping the two around.

Funny enough, i was seriously advised by another enduro rider on the rock razor front/HD rear combination and decided to give it a go. No issues so-far but i am still playing around with my setup to see which combo works best.

As for the dropper post, tempting offer but im going to keep it as is. Good luck with the sale

Hmmm, most enduro racers rate the combo as really good yes, but without a shadow of a doubt the other way around. Double-check with your buddy to be sure NicL
