Must say I have never had an issue with anyone on the hub and I have built 2 complete bikes from stuff bought on the hub.

Contact this chap, explain to him (via Mail/sms/ however you have delt with him) that you have given him enough time.

 

Tell him you give him one day to provide a trac no of your parcell, there after you will; 1. name and shame, and 2. Go to police and open a fraud case.
