ok , im just starting to ride a bike .

 

i do 12km per day at the moment , will i be ok ?

 

what tips you guys got for me .

 

Better double that for November.

Then triple before Christmas.

 

Then you'll be okay.

But use USN for recovery, eh.

Double by Nov , wow ! that means i will be spending almost 3 hours on my bike will i not be over training ?

If its a 29er then you're ok.

 

um sorry its a 26" , but it has served me well over the last 17years so im sure it will be fine .

You need more TITS

I suggest doing slow steady repeats of the Jones road circuit / climb during your lunch break....ph34r.png

My Afrikaans sucks, but I do understand it a little, but why would your Personal Trainer call you a fridge?
