How was it?

Hard as nails! Legs did the job, finished with the target time, but could notice I'm not "race conditioned", started to experience some cramps 15km from the end, but I'm sure that will get better throughout the season.

TSS of 385 and IF of 0.89. My legs tell me a different story, TSS of 1mil, and IF of 3 :whistling: :D

Yeah, came to the final 20 mins of a 5 hr ride on Sunday, heading into a blockwind.

I could swear I was pushing a steady 250. The Garmin said 160, 120, 157, 112, etc

I is confused...

so what is TSB vs ATL vs CTL? I cant read this stuff, it is Greek to me.

ATL Acute training load....how fatigued you are

CTL Chronic training load...how fit you are

TSB Training stress balance...how good your form is, inverse of ATL.

That's decoupling for ya...but that should be fine though, if you starting decoupling 3hrs into your ride you have some way to go

TSB is actually the difference between CTL and ATL not just the inverse of ATL.
