Took about a day, system totally makes sense, on rides that I don't have a power meter I use the Strava Est. Avg Power, to calculate the TSS.

*(yes I know this can be inaccurate, but when compared to actually power meter data seems to be a tad on the conservative side)

I did a bench between the same session(tabata...so easy to compare) on powermeter and non and it was 4 watts out ito avg for the session that was 1 hour long....pretty close imo...and good enough for TSS

Had a VERY quick look. Punched in some numbers.

It seems WKO is using your Norm power rather than you avg power to determine TSS and IF.

Have I been living a lie this whole time?

True, WKO uses NP rather than Avg, but other Apps (even Strava) , when determining actual Weighted Avg Power from meter data, it normalizes the distribution. Which is why I say the use of Est.Avg power is conservative.

makes sense that your CTL is in the 50s then and you want to rest a bit. (I think)
