As FTP is 20min power, it might be the other way around - FTP is 60/65% of 3Min test, then it sounds about spot on.

did VO2 training in zone 6 last night.

 

Threw up a little in the back of my throat. :oops:

Yesterday at work it was quite bad at work, "day after physio", but on the bike the pain was non existing.

 

Good to be back on the bike getting the heart rate up. Painful, make no mistake.

IF :P I may ask, what are your guys CTL?

 

I was in the high 90's before injury and I tried to keep it there. think that was just a little too much for me.

 

Well I've dropped down to 60 now. with a moerse +TSB

My CTL is around the lower 60s / high 50s AntonJ, TSB around +12 after some rest post magalies.

 

Should go negative on TSB after the weekend's rides :whistling:

 

90s is moer high dude!!!
