Yea 2 big ego's there - and lots of me me me in both their reporting TBH!

I hear you on the embedding thing but on the other hand Sky has no obligation to offer someone the level of access they have given Walsh - and he is free to reject this if he believes it compromises his ability t report accurately. You can then as a reader chose to take his opinions on sky at face value or not depending on your assessment of the man. I have no reason to believe that he has suddenly lost his ingegrity...

Anyway, we digress - Go Froomedog!

Walsh had a lot to say about what journalists have to do to get access to teams and riders in 'The seven deadly sins' - Seems like too much conflict of interest to me.... maybe he has gone back to being a fan of cycling.

Maybe - but if you read the book you will see he (Walsh) is not a fan of journalists being 'fans' and hero worshiping cyclists.

(sorry if my sarcasm was lost in the original post... :) )

I will go back to being a Froome supporter now...

Whittle also had a lot to say about journos currying favour with the teams and GC leaders.
