Locally these aren't too badly priced considering what you get. I'm posting the base one rather than the 'ooohhhh porny' one because you get a fair but for the money and it's vaguely affordable. It's carbon, it's 29 and it's cocked.

 I like seeing more brands putting a bit more money into the rear shock a than the fork

Grip damper is apparently the mutts nuts. Grip 2 is on the top echelon product now.

 

And now they are shipping the Grip 1 into the new range of Marzo Bombers. The new Grip 2 has all the bells and whistles with HSC LSC HSR LSR etc as opposed to HSC and LSC.

Grip 2, yes. In most forks.

so where does the GRIR damper fall in the main scheme of things ( I have read up zol about it )

 

taking into account Charger RC2 , FOX RC2 , Fit4 , motion control and And then the GRIP RC2
