Definitely gets a plus one for being different. buuuuut it looks to me like they sacrificed a lot in order to be different there are better ways of solving their engineering problems rather than machining it out of one piece of billet aluminium which still flexes a lot! seems to me like they really liked machining things and building a bike came second.

If you are talking about the Empire It's not machined. It's cast. I read an article a few years ago on the AP1 on the process and the reasoning etc etc. Nice bikes in the flesh. But I agree with you on why they do it.

ooh, I am drawn to that fork. Anyone think 180mm will be too much fork for local riding, state your case now.
