Any quality difference between these Chinese carbon frames and wheels and the branded ones?

Wont mind a set of lighter carbon wheels at a cheaper price for my road bike but don't want to risk them collapsing on me.

Currently have the factory standard "Merida super Aero 38" on my bike. No idea of their weight. Could not get a review anywhere.

I went for the Hongfu UAM Aero wheels 56mm rear, 40mm front, with all the bells and whistles pertaining to Chosen hubs and CX-Ray spokes so landed at about R8000 including the price for tyres and tubes purchased locally, as I mentioned previously they ride great and the Turbos go onto the rims quite easily.

Which website would be the best to purchase a cyclocross frame for discs and also wheels and handlebar?
