They allo you to lower the pressure in your fork which enhances small hump sensitivity whilst making it more progressive

Can they be fitted to older 26" 426 Revelations? Edited by Skylark

Yes. Tokens don't reduce the negative air chamber volume, they reduce the positive air chamber volume.

Luftkappe increases the negative air chamber volume, thereby making it more sensitive to small bumps and chatter.

Cool, I'm really interested. Just need to find someone who can

install it. I do most of the DIY on my bike except the suspension.

Luftkappe. 1200 and makes it "Like the lyrik"

Replaces the stock piston and is exactly what RS have done in the "new" pike

Nah. Happy with the way it feels.

Luftkappe or spacers? Luftkappe no. Spacers you'd have to get some made up afaik

So how has everyone got their Pike's/Lyrik's/Yari's set up these days?

SAG% - PSI?

Rider weight?

Number of tokens?

Bike head angle?

Bla bla bla...

Pike RCT3 Solo Air 650b, 160mm

60psi (I think)

3 clicks LSC

12 to 14 clicks from fastest rebound

+- 95kg with kit

No tokens

65deg HA

2015 Nomad

Using most of the travel. Will try 4 tokens with lower pressure and faster rebound next.

Couldn't imagine riding with 4 tokens myself

Was on two tokens on my pike, just gone down to 1 token on the Yari.

pb-small.png This BlockLock headset from Acros prevents the handlebars from turning too far and causing the handlebars and shifters to smack into the top tube. In that respect, it's similar to Trek's KnockBlock system, but this version can be installed on any bike with a pressed headset.

p5pb14669840.jpg

pb-small.png There are 120 degrees of movement still available, and there are small rubber bumpers to dampen impact at lockout. It should take an impact of more than 150nm to start to twist the cup inside the frame.

So glad this question was asked. Made me revisit at my Pike's settings. Had way too much LSC. After bringing that down it just feels so much better sover the small bumps. Heavens know why I had it that high in the first place!

Yeah, I am now constantly fiddling with my Yari which sparked the question about what everyone else has done with their setup.

I have my Pike RC pretty dialed for my riding but just cant seem to nail the setup on the Yari.

I am almost ready to spend some cash on an after market damper. Maybe even a coil conversion kit.
