Captain Fastbastard Mayhem Posted November 26, 2018 Posted November 26, 2018 Before and after: Fastest way to lose 1kg on the bike: Get rid of 530ml oil in the lowers, remove coil spring and move from 38mm to 35mm stanchions. Huge shout out to Cape Cycle Systems for making this possible, and getting me on to this super new Lyrik RC2. I'm looking forward to taking her out for her first ride tomorrow. This past weekend wasn't possible 'cos kid duties.
