Was so hoping for Gilbert to take yesterday. I reckon Froome for the win today, Berto should do well also. TJ did well in Tour of Cali in final mountain TT.

And Costa won the swiss mountain TT a month ago. But you're right Froome will give it his all like always.

are they maybe alowed to swap like the did at worlds?

edit: meaning 2 bikes in the one stage

Normally it is allowed but I doubt teams will use it. Best to go with a standard bike, TT clip on bars, with light deep sections. TT bikes handle horribly and with the descents I would'nt think they gonna take chances.

Check how pissed Floome was!!! and the thumbs up from 'Berto to Nairo

El Berto almost took Chris out with his bravado, he wiped out in front of Chris on the corner, anyone would be pis$sed off,, esp, with all the hard work he has done with the Yelllow Jersey over the past 10 days,

As he said, they are getting desperate.

I know, its a double edged sword....don't know what he was thinking, but in the same breath, entertaining as hell

Not a froome fan. But i don't think anyone can/will take the yellow jersey from him... Only him or team sky can lose it!!

Having said i really hope 'Berto , Nairo and co will try. Come'on Berto

Berto giving Nairo the thumbs up is playing mind games. Maybe he wants Sky to think there is an alliance. Froome will not let Berto go easily but if he sees Quintana as Berto's ally and he attacks is he going to let him go, hmmm?

and racing is racing. Should all the others sit back and hand it to the pom on a plate? Rule #5 applies froome.

Imagine if Froome wasn't there. It would be one of the tightest, most entertaining tours in years (not that Froome makes it less entertaining, just a bit of a class of his own at the moment). Still an extremely close race for 2nd at the moment. Recon Condador's experiance and class will eventually take him to a clear 2nd.

Froome is starting to irritate the sjit out of me.

Maybe its just me.

I even like Schleck more than Froome and i dont like Schleck at all!

Please can someone drop the hottentotsgot in the Alps.

Dude, the oke is African, soft spoken , has never been implicated in a drug scandal rides like a champion , is not scared to attack even though he is in yellow and is giving us a GREAT TOUR,

WHAT DO YOU WANT?

What i really wonder is. Sir Wiggils has been quiet, he should consider himself lucky! Froome shoulda been the reigning TDF champ IMO

Rock stars these sprinters from Argos'

post-12015-0-26932100-1374019361_thumb.jpg

Before the Tour Koen de Kort had been teasing his teammate Marcel Kittel about his haircut. But in a bet, de Kort said he would get his haircut the same way as Kittel if the latter won three stages at the Tour. With Kittel notching up his third win on stage 12 de Kort stayed true to his word, getting his hair cut on the second rest day. At the Argos-Shimano bus this morning de Kort was surrounded by the media while Kittel rode away to sign-on with no attention from the press at all.

Contador gave a Nairo a sarcastic thumbs up because he was pissed off that Quintana attacked on the descent when AC went off the road.

"If Contador is upset, then I'm sorry but we didn't attack because he was dropped," said Quintana. "I just kept going at my rhythm because I wanted to distance Kwiatkowski in the young rider classification, as well as the other riders who had been dropped.

"Contador set a high tempo on the descent, but I didn't see how the crash happened. In the heat of the race, you don't always realise what is happening. In any case, if he is offended, then I apologise."
