I'm not aware of any problems regarding Fulcrum wheels. Please give us a call on 011 391-6912 so we can see if we can assist.

Thanks,

Ian

I don`t see Cannondale in the name

Apparently the distributors are trying to keep that brand niche and upmarket, and only available to shops that commit to and do certain turnovers on the brand, so that cuts out the smallish dealers.

ME THINKS THERE IS 2 SIDES TO THIS STORY since I know how CLINT and the boys operate, lets watch for the otherside to this story

Yip, there's always two sides of the story. I'm only relaying what I've been told around October last year when I enquired about this after busting up my rim.

Finishline told me that they couldn't get a replacement rim and that I had to buy an entire new wheelset.

I told them that I don't think one should sell wheels if one cannot get replacement parts for those particular wheels.

They said they'd try other avenues and get back to me, but I didn't hear from them again.

have to say I love my Fulcrums...

They're great rims.

I just wish I could get mine fixed.

As far as I know, the shop needs to be established for some length of time before stocking Cannondale, but it is on their list of brands they will be stocking in the near future

Yes thanks Jason, he called me and I asked him to bring in the wheel and we'll see what we can do. As you know, we take our customer service very seriously and will go to all lengths possible to assist. Unfortunately we are often at the mercy of the agents, but we' ll try our level best.

As mentioned before GT and Fuji will be stocked and I have been given the go ahead to mention Bianchi, Gaerne, Lazer, Vredestein and Time :)

Some very exciting brands still to come!

What about Rolf Prima?

So since we're halfway down the July ladder.... how are these guys doing in opening the store?

There has been a decision to add and open a spinning class in the shop too, so there is some additional building and shop fitting that needs to be done... The plans are being finalised and should go ahead soon.

The shop was nothing but a massive room with 4 concrete walls before (No previous shop was in the space) so it has taken a bit longer than expected.

As soon as we get any info and dates I will be sure to post them.
