2 months of zero to little training since April has caused the fitness graph to slide into oblivion. Also the extra 4 kg's of weight arrived from no where. Went out for brick session and to catch some sun on Monday did a wee 45k cycle and a 5k run boy did I struggle. Got to get my **** together sooooon. 5150 is coming up soon.

Pretty difficult but I always keep it going with a mate [harder to let someone else down than it is going solo]

Also I make a habit of it so that training is the rule as apposed to the exception in winter- if I really can't take it outside then I'll settle for a session on the treadmill/indoor trainer....

Plus I have a great excuse to buy a whole lot of cool new crap! :D

3 weeks since I was on a bike. Not MY choice. .......since I don't have a bike. Uuhgggg

And the replacement one is stored in a safe place almost 45 min drive (by car) away................ Even bigger Uuhggg.

Even Endomondo is sending me " Missing you lots " messages.

I think my cycling is going for a fast stop and eventually a dead end. :(

I hate thieves. May they rot in hell and burn to the end of days.

Last week, after a decent taper post Kremetart I ran my fastest (or is that the non-slowest?) 5km of 2012 & 2013. Still in shock about that. Think I need to rest some more... Need to start tapering for the Audax ride at the end of the month
