The only rule I think is required is, "wannabe vetgat outoppie triathletes are not allowed to strip down naked in the change overs". Sis man, what is wrong with these people

- You should at all times have at least 3 electronic gadgets on your person during training/races

- ALWAYS look fresh after a 100k bike ride at threshold pace with cyclists or on a long run with runners. One sport is nothing

Always, Always, Always run where the spectators are. It doesnt matter if the lactic acid is forming tears. The only time you can walk where the spectaros are is never ever. Even then walk fast

When attending a mate's braai for rugby on Saturday arvies, make sure you let everyone know that you did a 100 / 20km brick starting at 4am that morning and you "need to get off your feet".

Never greet roadies in the cradle or anywhere for that matter, even when they greet you ;)

This is by far the most adhered to rule that has been posted so far.

#35. Learn to pee on yourself. You’ll spend $5,000 dollars to shave 55 seconds but won’t pee down your leg to save 3 minutes?

Thats an interesting point.

Which reminds me why you should never lend your wetsuit out

Classic...

my mate.... an ex hubber. he sat at the pasta party at his first iron man PE , chatting to an american ol toppie , discussing training. and he had lots to say about his training and advice to the old man. so time comes when every body stand whom are entered to race... then who have done two... who have done three... old man stays standing.... turns out he sat next to the person who to that date had done the MOST iron man races ever... hehehehe he was a little embarresed. i love reminding him. ANY way the next year he posted a 9:15 i think..

NEVER run a running race in a one piece tri suit, except if you can break 10 seconds on the 100m

Greeting means loosing 0.326 seconds on my overall time and a nod of the head/lifting of hand increases drag resistance.
