Dropping that much weight couldn't have been easy, so good job on that! I'm sure you also feel that living has suddenly become easier? Everyday tasks and then every other physical task?

Thanks man. Just moving around is so much easier and feeling really healthy now.

I cant find a thread on this topic specifically here we go.

It was damn hard and I owe this to my 16 year old son Alex who is damn fast..

My weight turned at 158kg in April 2012 and I now weigh 94kg.

158kg - 94kg = 64kg

Lets see if there's a new biggest loser after this post....

Well done guy. That's more than what I weigh. Congratulations! Your body will thank you in the long run.

Goed gedoen!!! Hoe het jy jou eet plan verander en hoe baie oefen jy?

Dankie! Mon to Thursday a hard fast 30km (no chit chat) and sat and sun a hard and fast as possible 85kms (no chit chat). No more take aways and cokes, basically cut out all sugars and processed meats. Salad with dressing at work and as little as possible red meats at dinner.

Never mind 128 cokes or tubs of margarine. That's like 1 1/2 bags of mixcrete. Have you ever tried to carry a bag and a half of that around with you.

Well done man! It's always cool to see when people take responsibility for their health, and its one of the most difficult things you will ever do.

Respect!

That beats me hands down, i went from 120 to 98, sadly been off the bike a while from injuries then flu i'm now at 104 again.

Get rid of and stay free of flu - get a product called C-Ester by Biogen. You will be able to cycle through winter. You don't have to take all the time, just when you've been around others with flu as prevention. When you have flu it clears it up quickly. Colloidal silver is also good but C-Ester really works. It's about R180 for 60 tablets.
