Ps. did a quick 60km road race on my MTB on Saturday and the last 5km was pure torture. My @rse was so sore yesterday that I could not ride.........Why did I enter the 94.7! Riding 70km at Van Gaalens is less torture.Or maybe I must get myself a wider saddle with the hole in the middle for my tjommie. Het so klein bietjie meer respek vir die roadies gekry. MTB met knobblies gery. slegs 26km maar basies so vining gery as wat ek kan. Op 18km eers longe uitgek*ts en weer verder gery.
