arendoog Posted November 13, 2013 Share Hi im also Seeded in I group and also aiming for a sub 3 we can help each other along the wayAlso seeded I .Last year my time was 3h20 on mtb ,Started from mm .No help and only traffic .Even with help it will be difficult on mtb but doable .This year on road bike .I am definitely going to try for sub 3h .Last year I slammed the roadies on the hills ,but got left on the flats .Keeping up on the flats just takes to much out of your legs ,unless you have high gearing ,like 42 sprocket in front ..If you are spent reaching the N14 .Your time reduces by 5 to 10km/h over the 2d half Edited November 13, 2013 by Blitzer Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
