This Cyclist was killed in the road that runs past Carnival City , I ride this road often , He was knocked over from behind in the yellow line (which is wide on this road)Emporers and Carnival race uses this road, My condolences to His Family .

Yes...the person stopped and called the Police...it sounds like they were in the area or very close to the scene of the accident.
