Do my base training there and and on down to Heidelberg. In 10 years have never even had a close shave on that road nor heard of one now this. Â Really very sad for the family. A real tragedy.
G e r h a r d Odendaal Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 so how did the car hit the cyclist from behind, he must have been blind. Honestly, this is ridiculous. I see drivers using their cellphones while theyre driving all the time. If youre focussed on driving only then I really dont see how you can hit a cyclist or a pedestrain in right there in front of you. These 20K fines they dishing out to drivers that kill cyclists or pedestrians arent solving the problem, they should be charged with murder or homocide.
