The first bullet was fired at point blank range as I passed the two criminals. The powder burns are all around the entry wound. This bullet went through my arm and out the other side. It all happened so fast and as I tried to get up he came for me again with the revolver pointing towards my head. I was waving my hand to avoid him shooting me again. This shot either missed me or he had a misfire as my right ear was deaf from the first shot. This all happened at 18:10 with traffic flowing up and down Garsfontein Drive (Just opposite the entrance to the Pretoria East Cemetery) They took my Merida 29er and Garmin. Glad you are ok. I seriously hope that these guys get caught.

jagwil Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 This is now the 4th incident in less than a week. Nothing has been done by SAPS and I doubt whether anything will be done. This just doesn't bother them. Doing something about it is not likely to secure votes for the ANC so why bother with it.

There must be a sindicate involved and these high jackers are just drugged up gunman for them, life means nothing to them. I also submitted to Carte Blanche. Did the cops even try and get a description from you to identify the scum?(I know it happened fast etc. but did they make a effort when they spoke to you?) Was your bike insured

Pfffffffff In that case whoever slated you should go and take out all the murdering pillaging cyclists that cycle past there ... cause that is in essence what they're implying... Slate no slate, wont make it any better but I think rocking up there couple of K strong even without doing anything but being there will be 1. Intimidating 2. get the metro's attention as every road there for a few Kms will be blocked like anything. Start a mass ride through the two townships mentioned ... hehehe or a ma se ride
