Oh, we almost forgot. Johan Bornman is heading up our workshops, so great to have him on-board. He really does know absolutely everything about bikes.

And here is our service philosophy:

 

We understand that your bike is more than just a machine, it's a part of your life and needs a little TLC from time to time.

 

Our skilled mechanics will give your bike a 10-point check and decide, with you, what work needs to be done.

 

While it is customary to offer minor and major services, they don't always cover your bike's unique needs. Our itemised service policy means that your bike gets the specific love it requires and you only pay for what is necessary.

 

We will work with your bike from check-in to collection ensuring you get the best possible one-on-one service.

That's why he is so wise ^_^

 

Some say he is in his early 20s and that the silver-white hair is from making a deal with the Shimano devil for all the knowledge in the world!

I hope he brought a sjambok when he started his training of your mechs so that when hes in ireland they always look at it and remember what customer sevice is because your last bunch before the takeover was nothing short of crap :thumbup:

Customer Service is going to be a huge focus for us. Without you, our customers, we don't have a business and we want to create a store and environment that we can all enjoy.

Unfortunately not yet. The current website is basically just to showcase the new Cycle Lab branding, we will have a fully functional online store early in the new year. It is on our to-do list and we will keep you updated on developments.

I'll give it one try, and one try only. If I walk in there, and have to hunt for something (like in the past) while the salespeople take care of their own personal business, it will be the first and last time the "new" CL will see me.

 

Just like the old store. They didn't need my money.

Maybe its just you....I have never had a problem and always been approached when I enter the store.
