One should not tweet when one is overwhelmed by emotion.

JA NEE.. not to sure why he would tweet that.

Lovely handbag fights these guys have on social media. They'd make good Hubbers. Maybe someone should invite them to a Friday thread?

Waaahaaa, I see Tim Henman gave him PK retort. Sums it up

By the subsqeunt replies you could see that he realised it was a dumb thing to say as soon as he said it. By that time it was too late.

It is interesting though that the XCO guys keep on whipping the marathon guys. Looks like Worlds will be another dismal race for the SA contingent.

After Fedgroups antics at Sani2C in the evenings being so F-ing drunk and causing trouble I wonder how that sponsor can still be around after his positive dope test, the Epic drma and now Brandon being as sour as all hell 'cause his team got a hiding. It shows how little he knows about actual training (clean) to make that comment and what goes into targeting a race to perform well. The abuse he got on twitter shows how much he is actually not liked in cycling circles.

Is that him trying to take a stab at the fact that two XC racers obliterated the field at SA Marathon champs? Hat off to James and Rourke for an AMAZING race!

Yea and who says XCO is dead, got their asses whipped by the XCO guys hats off to them.

just shows how much reid has learnt about training and levels required in his relatively short career competing on the international world cup circuit. I recall reading an article about how before he went to the US he though he was on top of his game, only to realise how far behind our level is compared to overseas. Obviously BS (also short for bu11sh!t) hasn't learnt that yet

Personally I am quite excited by the new guard...they young, talented and have bigger dreams than the local scene. Last year people could have said its a fluke, course suited them blah blah blah. No-one can argue this weekends results(some tried though... :whistling: )...back to back marathon champ. End van prent.

Simba......If nothing ever changed....we wouldn't have any butterflies.

Wonder how much longer Stewart can continue stealing a living. Young guns showed up with their A games at Cascades. Well done to them.

Either way it doesn't look like Max Knox's career focus switch from marathon=>XC=>marathon has worked out this year.

Or since "that mail" went out.....

I get a clear idea that BS is not a favorite in the cycling circles. I just hope people's feelings about him does not carry over to Evans and Knox. That would be unfair in my books

From what I heard some (not all) of them were fall down drunk after day2 at Sani...

Funny- they think they are fantastic riders- but it's the whole big fish in a very very small pond story...

Which one of them has ever featured in Europe / USA?
