You can keep the fish separate as well.

I have been looking at natural pools that use various water plants as filteration. I would like to incorporate an aquaponics system with it. I would like to use pond liners.

That sounds like a plan then. Will look at it again when I’m closer to being a home owner.

Spot on. I thought it would be difficult, dammit.

I've had so many hidings because of eating "granate" and ruining clothes that, that plant/flower is forever enshrined in my mind

Question - has anyone experimented with using Epsom Salts in the growing of their veg?

Heard that it adds sweetness to the veg and would be interested to hear first hand?

It's weird. The bush is about a year old and is about 40cm high. There is just this one flower on it. How does that happen? Is that all the plant thinks it can currently support?

Break that flower off, allow the bush to grow this season without fruit, established better roots, generally stronger and next year will be good.

Edit: see nature intervened

i add it to my my aquaponics. it ups the level of magnesium which is essential in plant growth.
