Mojoman Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Double check that the saddle is not broken underneath, I had a great time trying to eliminate a creak on a dual suspension bike and discovered the saddle had actually broken underneath! Thankfully I got it replaced. Take a couple of drops of oil and let it run down the rails to where the rails enter the saddle at the front and back. My Gobi needs this every once in a while. You can also take the saddle off the seat post, make sure everything is clean and reassemble. Spoke101 and CycleMomSpeedster 2

Spoke101 Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Most probably movement between the saddle and the rails or depending on what seatpost you are using, how the saddle mount to the seatpost (ie. Ritchey single bolt) there can be moment. Get hold of some fiber grip and that should solve the problem.
BeegMig Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 I've got a Selle San Marco ERA, also creaked and sqeaked me out of my mind.Ended up sqeezing silicone into the 4 spaces where thr rails connect the seat.Problem solved

Cassie Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 My saddle starts creaking every other week...I located it to the seatpost..so I regularly take it off and clean...squeak is immediately silent...
