The average gradient of 3.8% is misleading though, because the bottom of that climb looks to be the steepest of the entire race course. Google Earth saying there's a 200m section averaging over 8.5%.Damn, So there are two more climbs inside Steyn City between the top of Cedar and the finish?

Not to worried though, will still be fun Im in the same boat. D starting time and I also finished on a 2:42 last year. But i am not nearly as fit as i was last year

Tip that I learnt from last year: make sure you don't miss their phone call. If you do, it is a mission to find the result of the reseed.
