Flu before Sani2C

Hey guys

 

I'm riding the Trail next week Tues and have got flu that's gone into my chest, just got a course of anti-biotics from the doc, any other suggestions??

 

PLEASE, I'm desperate to get rid of this! Had flu last year for Sani and absolutely died, was not fun..

 

Going to get a nebulizer this afternoon and try that too.

In my "I'm not a doctor" opinion, nebulize with Duolin - it's the only **** that actually worked (Is working?) for me, I've had pneumonia/flu/symptoms for 8 weeks now.

i got glanduluar fever before my 2nd sani about 4 weeks out listen to the dr climb in bed hydrate, get as much multi vitimins in as possible

more importantly stay away from groups of riders especially races actually ,,malls,,shops, wash hands like a freak all day long and dont touch your face unless you have washed your hands
