Just seeing those wheels has made my fingers hurt - I spent a weekend refurbishing mine with Autosol and it took my blisters ages to recover....

He's just done that to a set of xr500 wire wheels...

On my way back from my coffee ride to Stellies, I passed a guy on a YPVS 350 in the area where the seller stays. Will ask him this afternoon wnen I collect, if it was him.

He doesn't have one anymore, I'm afraid. But you'll find some other lekka stuff in his garage. Including my xl engine (thought it was an xr, but it has the xl head) and his xr mid-rebuild, as well as a couple other nuggets

Spent best part of an hour there, talking bikes, before I even looked at the wheels.

Your engine looks nice and fresh.

Yeah, he has a nugget or two there, especialy that SR250.

Hahahah ja his pig. Chows oil, but costs sod all to run.

The motor does indeed look neat. My frame is ready to be sprayed, so it'll be going in, soon.

To say I'm excited is a little bit of an understatement
