Sorry, I missed that little guy and did not note it when skimming the specs.

Are you just doing road riding on the bike, or will you be doing a bit of off-road....I would be a little anxious if also doing off-road riding with my phone attached to the bars.

I have this system but cannot really claim to use it much anymore. I found it secure enough on the dirt with a little extra security, a tether attached to the bike and a zip tie securing the phone in the case. I never had it bounce out.  However a serious grab at it at the traffic lights and I am sure the S21 would be vanishing down the road.  I also would forget to lock the screen rotation and a good lean into a corner and the Map would be upside down on getting upright again!! Now I just have the bare mount! Saving for a Zumo.

Busy setting this up on a spare phone now, and it looks to be working.

So first accessory ordered for the Tiger.

I'm replacing the factory crash bars with Heed aftermarket ones.

One of the mounting points on the factory bars is actually on the lower engine block and I've seen a number of reports that in the event of a crash, the bolt mounting to the block breaks off. Which means a new bottom crank case.

Also going to be ordering Barkbusters when the local agent gets stock in.

I lost my "No-Noise" earplugs recently and tried a pair of foamies for my Stellenbosch trip today.

It is amazing how isolated you are with foamies ... to the point that I did not feel safe. Then the bloody things did something to my right ear, and I am basically deaf in the ear at the moment.

Tomorrow I am swinging out to buy a set of "No-Noise" earplugs again.

Harley riders. Got to have that exhaust noise to "feel safe".

LOL, yes hearing that exhaust note of the car just behind and to the side of me does help :P

It was really interesting how it felt to ride with foamies again, and it was a revelation on how good the NoNoise earplugs are for isolating wind and road noise, yet allow you to still hear around you and gives you spatial awareness.

Got the hearing back in my right ear last night eventually :)

Good to hear about your hearing. Wonder what caused that? Interesting too about the no-noise plugs. I find they don't cut enough noise, to the point where on a ride back one day on the N7 into a head-on South Easter, I had to pull over and change them for foamies after an hour. My ears just couldn't take the buffetting.
