In fairness, it's always the little ones that bite. Whilst big jumps guide you, little jumps are unpredictable little bastards.

In my case I rolled the bombhole a few times with Nofearnofun (as Haley also advises). I wasn't even jumping more than 500mm. I wasn't even trying to go faster when the rear wheel squirmed on the launch. It just loaded up strangely and sent me sideways enough to miss the landing. Not anybody's fault other than my own misjudgment.

 

I don't think I will ride with that Wolverine tyre on the back anymore. It has squirmed on me a few times in berms and other bombholes.

Where the trail goes sharply down and then sharply up the other side. Usually a round crevice or a big hole in the ground.

I think this was decibel... Waiting for confirmation if this was the same incident, but he's currently in hospital with concussion from a fall.

Yep. Looks like the Spruit laundromat right there. The actual trail is not as hectic as the terrain in that picture makes it look.
