yes

Aah yes Netflix SA doesn't have the variety US/UK have.

Don't know if you have a VPN but I have it for the exact reason that SA Netflix just doesn't have the variety that other locations have atm

It did feel a bit like 5 day cricket, but its more about telling the story, than the story itself.

I watched 'Once upon a time in Hollywood' - nothing really seems to happen (apart from that one scene), but its how nothing happens that was great to watch.

Indeed two stories very well told.

Classic Tarantino build up....

any thoughts on 'The Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind' ?

A superb movie with two exceptional actors. I can't stand Jim Carey's expressionist humor... But the boy can act when he needs to

Same can be said with Adam Sandler in punch drunk love

We watched this (again) on the weekend. We have it on DVD.

It is an excellent movie, enjoyed the acting and special effects considering the age of the movie. And like all good movies should be, it was great entertainment. Not to mention having the songs in your head for a while. And your daughter wanting to build a flying car.

Yeah I avoid their movies for that reason ..

Then I also can't stand toilet humour it also puts me off many other movies of actors because of their past movies.

I tried Uncut Gems. Even got about 50% through. Just couldn't continue.

Yeah, same. Also with The Irishman. Mehness. Tried to watch it three times. Eventually got to like 90- minutes in and I just wasn't in it.

I think I need to be in the right headspace for it.

The ending was just insane.
