December 2014 - Holiday Ride plans

Can't be a full working day when you're on The Hub unless hubbing is part of working!  Enjoy the holiday and travel / ride safely.

 

Of course the hub is part of working.  Its what keeps me sane!

I am down at San Lameer from 16 th to 28th. Will be doing road riding between 2 and 4 hours.

Have not decided if I may be taking my MTB as I don't want to ride on my own.

Will be in Ramsgate on the south coast with my boyfriend from Christmas until Jan 2. We will definitely ride at Clearwater if anyone wants to hook up or has other riding plans in the area.

Hanging around CT. Plan on doing some long rides between now and the New Year. Would like to do a double century road ride on Dec 24th if anyone else is looking to do a long ride day too!

I drove up the coast this past weekend and looks like they've sorted out the construction of the road in from the highway, so the traffic nightmare seems to be over. Just in time for the holiday makers, so that's good news.

 

For mtb, there's lots of riding to be done at Holla Trails. Lots of good road riding too - the local roadies leave from the BP garage in town every morning around 5h30 if you want to hook up with them.
